Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Lomond Woods Holiday Park is a popular choice for its convenient location near Balloch and the train station, making trips to Glasgow and Helensburgh easy. The pods and caravans are generally clean and modern, with comfortable beds, and some even include a welcome basket with tea, coffee, miniature shampoo and shower gel. While the grounds are beautifully landscaped, a few guests have found the site to be a bit cramped compared to other parks. The park is close to plenty of attractions for kids of all ages, restaurants, bars and cafes.

The location proved convenient , with nearby shops and a selection of restaurants. The caravan was generally clean , and I found everything needed for my short stay. The accommodation looked modern and very clean , providing everything I needed.
I booked a caravan , and the traffic noise kept me awake at night and woke me up early. The television signal was poor , and BBC channels did not work. The WiFi seemed strong , but it proved useless in practice.
